Syd 3DE has moved to a new date. Due to the change in the calendar with Adelaide international now running in April, Sydney has moved to 10-12 November.

The committee is excited for the new date as the event will now be the final major 3DE for 2023 and therefore a major focus for all Australian Eventing riders.

Another change is that we are no longer running short format CCI classes. The classes for 2023 will EvA65, 80, 95, CCN1*, CCI2*L, CCI3*-L, CCI4*-L.

We will again be incorporating the Grassroots Championships. This is a special individual and teams competition for riders that have never completed a CCN2* level competition and is incorporated into the EvA65 – 1* classes.

The event will again be Live streamed on Horse Country TV.

This year Chris Ross (NZ) designing the CCI 2, 3 and 4* classes. Chris is an established designer who has previously designed New Zealand Horse of the Year, Taupo 4*-L and Oceania Championships. He will be assisted by Matt Bates. In 2022 Chris Ross designed the 2 and 3* at Syd3de and we are excited to welcome him back.

The  EvA 60cm – CNC1 will be designed by Shane Rose.

We have an exciting new layout for competition and trade and are looking forward to presenting a premiere event in 2023.
