Media Accreditation

Please fill out the below accreditation form and return it to Nicky Lyle at foxhillfarm1@gmail.com to notify us of your intent to attend the event.
MEDIA ACCREDITATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
To receive media accreditation we require a current Working with Children Check and Public Liability Insurance of $10 million.
We also require a fee of $200 per commercial videographer/photographer to be paid to Syd3de. This fee is for commercial videographers (including social media content) and / or photographers – who sell reels, videos or photos from the event. This fee is to be paid once per business, not per photographer, and does not apply to journalists nor photographers employed by magazines, newspapers or online news outlets covering the event. This levy is to be paid prior to the event for you to receive accreditation.
Exemptions are applicable for media who contribute to the event financially in another way e.g. as a sponsor or booking a trade stand. Please get in touch to see if you are exempt from this levy.
Once accreditation is confirmed we will be in touch with information regarding the event.
We will list all accredited commercial media on this site and our socials to help riders find your articles/ photographs/ reels.
