Simply send an email to Nicky Lyle at foxhillfarm1@gmail.com to notify us of your intent to attend the event. 

Please list the media outlet that you represent and days you will attend. This applies to journalists and commercial photographers. Also, please let us know if you are a  hobbyist photographer.

We will be in touch with guidelines and information regarding the event.

We require a fee of $250 per commercial photographer to be paid to Syd3de. This fee is for commercial photographers – who sell photos from the event  to the riders or the public. This fee is to be paid once per business, not per photographer, and does not apply to journalists nor photographers employed by magazines, newspapers or online news outlets covering the event.

Exemptions are applicable for photographers who contribute to the event financially in another way e.g. as a sponsor or booking a trade stand. Please get in touch to see if you are exempt from this levy.

There is also a $21 per day SIEC Levy. This is imposed by the venue for any commercial operator. Each media outlet is only required to pay the levy once per day (not per number of journalists/photographers).  This fee applies to all commercial entities including commercial photographers, journalists and photographers taking photos for magazines, newspapers and websites.  

Please pay these levies before the start of the event in order to receive your accreditation.

 Accreditation lanyards and Syd3de vests will be available for collection from the event office from Thursday onwards.  Vests must be worn at all times.

The media will have a work area in the Eastern bunker, overlooking the Main Arena.

We will list all commercial photographers on this site to help riders find your photographs.
